Valium 52 marks a whole new era in the design of cruising catamarans, as indeed did its predecessor, the famed 500. With its diamond-shaped vertical bows, bevelled hulls, its as if levitated deckhouse and tall rig, Valium 52 is no ordinary catamaran, but its originality goes a great deal further than just its “outer” appearance, or even its interior layout.

This Lagoon is the result of lengthy discussions between the architects at Van Peteghem-Lauriot Prévost (VPLP), the Italian Nauta Design agency and the Lagoon design department. These discussions led us to make some important and sometimes radical choices, while remaining faithful to what we believe in, in terms of elegance, comfort, safety, user friendliness and, it goes without saying, performance under sail.

Noble and luxurious materials, with soft shades for a harmonious interior continuous horizontal and fluent lines give the interior open and generous spaces continuity between exterior and interior life a slender exterior design for a boat with a strong character

The boat is accessed via open aft transoms, facilitating boarding and disembarking broad sidedecks, with recessed deck hatches. The cockpit is level with the saloon, and has an outdoor lounge and sun-lounging area to starboard. The fly bridge is reached either by a staircase leading from the cockpit, or by another leading from the deck on the starboard side. The steering station can be adjusted to three different positions (starboard, centre or port), giving the skipper perfect visibility under sail or when manoeuvring

Grigoris Stronis

Grigoris was born in 1997 in Athens and moved straight away in Santorini where his passion for the sea grew within him. He found himself closer to the sea day by day, enjoying watersports and swimming. His family has a background of hospitality as both his parents have worked as tour operators all over Greece. From the age of 18 onwards, when he attained his National Offshore Sailing Diploma, he has covered more and more miles in daily and weekly cruises in Greece as well as many yacht transfers in the Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea.
He has also worked as a base technician, covering up the winter maintenance of an abundance of yachts.

Grigoris is a very friendly, professional captain that will make sure the guests of Valium 52 feel like their home on board.

Stella Tzavara

Stella was born in 1990. She is characterized by a very positive and can-do attitude. She developed a passion for cooking and sailing from a young age. After studying Fine And Applied arts, she started travelling and working all over Greece working as a project manager in various projects and as a creative product manager in the field of Product Design.After working several seasons in daily cruises as a cook/hostess, she decided to get on board crewed yachts as a chef and combine her two passions, Sailing and Cooking.
Although her inspirations are from multiple cultures and she can deliver a variety of different dietary requirements, she adores Mediterranean cuisine.
Stella speaks fluently Greek,English .Stella aims to please and goes above and beyond in order for her guests to have the most enjoyable culinary experience whilst on board Valium 52.

Natalia was born in 1992 in Athens. As soon as you meet her, you know that she is a very motivated person with a very positive and optimistic attitude. She will make sure that all guests on board are experiencing the highest quality-hospitality, with her strong willingness and her strong work ethic along with her background in managing clients requests in the competitive and fast-paced environment of luxury fashion.
